XTIUM Ranks No. 1 in Four of Six Use Cases in Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Managed Network Services
TAMPA, FL — XTIUM, a global managed services provider delivering secure digital workplaces, managed security, cloud, network, and unified communications solutions, today announced that it ranked No. 1 in four of six Use Cases evaluated in the 2026 Gartner® Critical Capabilities for Managed Network Services report.
In the research, Gartner evaluated managed network service providers across six Use Cases. XTIUM earned the highest scores in MNS Overall Competency, MNS Secure Network Access, MNS for Automation and AI, and MNS for Security, in our opinion reflecting the strength of its highly automated, AI-driven platform and security-first service model. The Gartner Critical Capabilities for Managed Network Services report is available for download from the XTIUM Website.
The Critical Capabilities research is a companion report to the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Managed Network Services, published earlier this month. While the Magic Quadrant focuses on vendors’ Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute, "critical capabilities" are attributes that differentiate products/services in a class in terms of their quality and performance. Gartner recommends that users consider the set of critical capabilities as some of the most important criteria for acquisition decisions.
A Trusted Benchmark
“In our opinion, Gartner Critical Capabilities research is one of the most trusted benchmarks in our industry, and this recognition validates the investments we’ve made in automation, AI, and security,” said Walt Walker, Chief Revenue Officer at XTIUM. “As organizations look to modernize their networks while reducing operational burden and risk, this report reinforces our momentum in the market and our ability to deliver measurable outcomes for customers.”
XTIUM’s managed network services are built around advanced automation, AI-driven observability, and integrated security, supported by its broader portfolio of Managed Cloud, Managed Operations, and Managed Security services. Through its proprietary OPTX™ AIOps platform, XTIUM provides predictive insights, autonomous remediation, and unified visibility across LAN, WAN, security, and multi-cloud environments, enabling customers across industries to shift from reactive network management to proactive, outcome-driven operations.
