Challenge:
Rolex operates multiple US-based facilities that are a combination of front-of-house, sales, and manufacturing, and also leverages retail houses for product distribution They required 24x7 NOC services to alleviate operational burdens from their corporate IT network team, which needed to focus on engineering and business transformation, and to accommodate IT personnel capacity concerns.
Customer estate:
Full-stack network and voice with WAN/LAN, WiFi, Unified Communications plus apps, and security assets. More than 500 network infrastructure devices, UC and CC clusters and apps supporting more than 1,000 voice endpoints.
