Marc Lacroix

 Senior Vice President, Professional Services

Marc is a seasoned leader in professional, consulting, and IT services, with extensive experience driving growth and operational excellence. His expertise includes organizational design, go-to-market strategies, service delivery, resource management, program and project management, and the automation of service processes.

Prior to joining ATSG, Marc was a Founding Partner at RTM Consulting, where he helped global organizations enhance their services efficiency and effectiveness. He also served as Vice President of Professional Services at Convergys, a global software and services provider. Earlier in his career, Marc gained management consulting experience at Ernst & Young (now Cap Gemini).

Marc holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a B.A. from Wake Forest University. He resides in Falls Church, VA, with his wife, Lisa, and their two children.
