No, customer-facing apps and service endpoints will not be migrated at this time. Any updates or changes will be communicated to you directly.
Yes, we will continue to service and support customers with the same support and client relations contacts as you have today. Any changes in the future will be communicated directly to customers prior to those changes.
Customer MSAs will continue to be in effect for customers. Any changes to MSAs would be agreed to in writing prior to taking effect.
We will maintain our customer first approach and continue to provide consistent value to our customers. We are constantly evaluating the market, our place in it, and the services we provide. Pricing or rate changes will be communicated in advance and align with the terms of your MSA.
Your current agreement or contract will continue to be in effect as part of this combination.
The combined organization of ATSG and Evolve IP, now XTIUM, will expand the service offerings available.
Yes, additional products and services will be made available to customers. Client Success Managers will communicate those products’ offering as they become available to customers.
The billing process will stay as-is at the moment. We will communicate any billing systems changes in advance.
No, there will not be any disruptions or downtime during the integration process. However, we will keep you informed of any potential updates or changes.
